[Review] -11th anniversary limited edition- Innisfree No Sebum X Emoji Mineral Powder

Phew what a long title to write :')

I only ever bought two loose powder in my life before this, Marcks, and Emina (should I make reviews too?). Then I saw these babies quite a lot in online shops with the price below IDR 90K and I was thinking why shouldn't I give this a try? It looks good too.

Imagine having those faces inside of your grip.

I chose the poker-face emoji, because that's how I look on the daily basis. Trying not to bash anything stupid or different from my opinion on the internet (inhale, exhale).

The one thing I noticed from this powder is THIS IS SMALL AF.

I know it's just 5gr but I never thought that 5g is this small 

ahem..

aside from the size, it has yellow packaging as you can see clearly, it looks and feels matte in your hand, so you won't have to deal with visible scratch or fingerprint. Very travel friendly. Let's find out what we may have to uncover~~~~

The backside is written in Hangul (do I write this right? I don't wanna google it haha) and we can see that after removing the seal, the powder will last 2 years.

Hello, puff!

The lid is opened by unscrewing the top.
It came with a cute little yellow puff. the puff itself is soft, and convenient to reach small section of your face.

The Seal

See? This is the seal. It sticks quite strongly but doesn't leave any residue after removal. One thing I noticed after removing the seal was the floral-like chemical smell which I don't really mind (you know me), but it lingers for a little bit so it can be annoying for some people.

Before we proceed to the usage, let's see what the company claims.....

• This sebum control powder is designed to portray a soft and powdery complexion.
• Sebum control powder that allows for non-greasy, downy baby skin.
• Sebum absorption powder and mineral sebum control powder absorb excess sebum for a bright, downy skin as if presently putting on makeup.
• Jeju natural minerals and mint for refreshing control of oil and moisture. Sebum absorption powder with Jeju natural minerals and mint restores an unhealthy balance of oil and moisture, leaving a refreshing finish.
• Absorbing excess sebum and oil for downy makeup and an even skin tone
• Absorbs excess sebum and oil to prevent makeup from becoming patchy, while correcting dull skin tone to keep the skin bright and radiant all day.

It's talking about oil absorption all over again, hence, this product was made to eliminate any oil on your skin.

We'll see if they're living up for their claim..

This is how the powder looked like on my hand. Don't be scared because despite the white appearance, it doesn't give you colors.

When you spread them on your face, they're translucent.

I just pat them all over my face with the yellow puff, or with my brush and it works wonder for someone with oily skin like mine.

My skin feels SMOOTH AF like a surface of an HVS paper, as long as I am not overdoing it.
Be sure to tap lightly in the areas which have most oil like T-zone, chin, or the upper cheek. I only reapply once after lunch break because I actually enjoy some natural highlight on my face (re: oil), it looks dewy and healthy hahahahahhaa 
I am quite shook because this literally the first powder that absorbs oil just like..

Another cool thing is, this powder can be used for other matters, just like what I found in the website..

See? I absolutely love this kind of product, because despite of its awesome performance in one aspect, it still excel in the others. Just like that typical shoujo manga character which is cool, smart, and athletic~~~

Anyhow...
How do I think about this cutey?

(+) Lid won't come off accidentally in purse
(+) Relatively affordable
(+) Do what it claims
(+) Multi-functions

(-) Fragrance is a little bit off
(-) Don't actually have the bigger size

Repurchase?? YEAAA! Even when the emoji edition's not produced anymore, I will still buy the original one with the mint green packaging
